1. Services
Acuivision builds, deploys and maintains Revenue Recovering Systems for business websites. The specific scope of work — features, integrations, training data and timelines — is defined in the proposal or statement of work agreed with each client.
2. Engagements and payment
- Engagements consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly maintenance retainer. Exact amounts are provided in your proposal.
- Setup work begins after receipt of the agreed upfront payment.
- Maintenance is billed monthly in advance and covers monitoring, retraining and improvements.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information for training the assistant, timely feedback during review, and access to the website or systems where the assistant will be deployed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business content the assistant is trained on.
4. AI-generated responses
AI assistants can make mistakes despite safeguards, training and monitoring. The assistant is a lead-capture and qualification tool; final advice, representations and agreements with your customers remain your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes; examples shown in our materials are illustrative.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your business content and customer data. We retain all rights to our platform, tooling, prompts and methodologies. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deployed assistant as a service.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement.
7. Data protection
Processing of personal data through our services is described in our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, the parties will put appropriate data-processing terms in place.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost leads.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the maintenance retainer with written notice as stated in your proposal. Completed setup fees are non-refundable. Upon termination we will remove the assistant from your site and provide a final data export on request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing in your proposal.
