• Communication records — emails and messages you send us, and notes from calls you choose to have with us.
• Website audit data — publicly available information from your own website, collected only with your knowledge when we perform an audit you requested or agreed to.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated information about how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
• To prepare website audits and proposals you request.
• To deliver, monitor and improve the AI assistant services we provide to clients.

4. Assistant conversations

Conversations with AI assistants we deploy — including the demo assistant on this site — may be processed to generate responses and, for our clients, to improve the assistant’s accuracy. Conversations are handled by our AI processing providers under their own privacy and security terms. Do not share sensitive personal information in a chat you did not intend to share.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example hosting, email, scheduling and AI-processing providers — each bound to process data only on our instructions.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
